Reg Hambly: Reg is the Principal of the business and has 30 years experience in Insurance and financial services.
Mike Newson : Commercial Account Handler. Mike has over 30 years experience in the industry, despite his youthful appearance! Mike is able to advise on all classes of commercial insurance.
Louise Old : Commercial account Handler. Louise joined the busines in 2007 from another North Cornwall brokerage. She is very customer focussed and
holds a CII Level 2 Qualification.
Nikki Edwards : Commercial Administrative Assistant. Nikki worked for the Cornish Mutual in Truro for several years before taking a break to start a family. She assists Mike and Louise in the servicing of our commercial clients and has gained her CII Certificate.
Shelley Falzon: Personal lines account handler. Shelley joined the company in May 2011 and has a 25 year history of Financial Services. Shelley is CeMAP and CeRGI qualified.
Sam Burden : Personal Lines Account Handler. Sam joined the business in an administrative role in our Camelford office in 2003 before moving to the Personal Lines department in Wadebridge earlier in 2009. Has recently gained the CII Level 1 qualification.
Abbie Scawn: Personal Lines Trainee. Abbie joined the company in April 2011 and is working alongside Sam and Shelley to gain insurance experience.
